It is your responsibility to check your benefits prior to starting services. Co-payments are charged at the beginning of each session. You will be charged for the services you receive according to your insurance company and responsible for any uncovered services.
Private Pay
We do accept private pay. Payments can by made in cash, check, debit or credit card. Private pay rates are listed below. A sliding scale fee may be available based on circumstances. Such agreements are made on a case-by-case basis and include a limited amount of sessions.
- Assessment/Initial Session-$250
- 50 Minute Therapy Session -$225
- 25 Minute Therapy Session -$150
If you no show or cancel with less than 24-hour notice you will be billed the full amount for your session.
